Operation Manager/ 运营经理
主要职责
负责所辖区域的市场战略规划及有效执行，带领区域团队高效完成市场目标积极开拓、发展并规范运营所辖区域市场客户，持续提升客户体验及满意度制定区域营销策划，并有效实施营销推广计划，完成区域的销售目标和利润目标树立当地品牌良好形象，持续提升公司品牌价值保证城市经理直管职能模块高效率运行
职位条件
具有5年以上相关工作经验有团队管理经验，具备商业洞察力，战略思维能力，领导力及业务创新能力优秀的人际理解力及沟通能力稳定长期工作

Operation Manager
Responsibility
Responsible for regional strategic planning and execution, leading the team to complete targets effectively
Actively developing new markets, improving customer experience and satisfaction
Standardize operation procedures
Create and execute regional marketing strategies
Build a positive corporate image, continuously increasing brand value
Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations and finances.
Lead City Managers to effectively execute all sectors of the delivery operation
Requirements
5 or more years of relative work experience
Experience in team management
The ideal candidate with business insight, strategic thinking, leadership, and creativity
Outstanding communication and interpersonal ability
Willing to travel or relocate
