We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Administrator to plan, direct, or coordinate purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and customer service. A good candidate for this role should have Supply Chain background, can create and manage an inventory control model, and need to know product attributes.

Responsibilities:

Coordinates purchasing activities with Sales, Warehouse and Product department to maintain inventories at planned levels.
Paperwork maintenance
Obtain the most affordable supplies and products for the company.
Track inventory and place orders
Follow up with policies, procedures and product control systems
Keeping an inventory of products and supplies on hand and replenishing these items.
Other purchasing works assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Major in Supply Chain (Preferred)
Purchasing experienced: 1 years (Preferred)
Inventory control experience (Forecast, multi location transfer and find the best resources)
Have strong self-study ability to learn our ERP system, to do inventory forecasts
Positive motivation, carefully fulfill his own duties
Have above-average math and research skills and be able to work independently, with little or no supervision
Able to managing inventory, utilizing purchasing systems, applying pricing strategies and preparing bid specifications
Understand basic accounting principles and financial analysis skill
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
