HungryPanda is a Chinese food delivery platform established in the UK, which has covered the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. It aims to build the most professional Chinese food delivery platform overseas for international students and overseas Chinese. The company has 60 offices and branches around the world, with more than 600 employees.
Business Development Specialist
Main Objective: Acquire merchants and assist them in achieving higher orders and GMV (Gross merchandise volume), Responsible for the Sales revenue and market share.
Identifying new clients by utilizing market research
Arrange in-person meetings to negotiate contracts with potential merchants
Maintain existing relationships with cooperating merchants, coordinate and resolve issues with various stakeholders, continuously improve merchant satisfaction and merchant service quality, and ensure fluent business operations
Conduct regular merchant visits, apply for/replace merchant material for merchants.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Maintain and constantly update backstage setting for each merchant in charge
Liaising with Marketing, and Delivery Operation to align strategies aimed at increasing Gross merchandise volume

Job Requirements
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strong business development ability and customer relationship maintenance ability
Self-motivated, responsible and strong executive

岗位职责
根据上级制定的当月目标,充分调研,高效落实,完成业绩指标,并定期回顾完善
独立与商家进行商务洽谈并达成合作,负责产品的培训、信息的收集和录入工作
定期商家巡访,积极解决商户日常运营中遇到的问题
根据商家需求和数据指标,通过有效方式运营,促进商户交易额的提升
管理并维护商户与平台的健康稳定的战略合作关系,双方合作共赢

岗位要求
有商务谈判类工作经验者优先
市场敏感度高,拓展能力强,具有较强的陌生拜访及挖掘客户能力
优秀的团队合作能力,与团队配合推进商务合作,并能够高效独自完成商务谈判
试用期3个月
工作时间:一周工作6天,每天8小时


市场运营专员

【岗位职责】
• 协助地区经理拓展和管理当地市场客户群体,维护并提升公司品牌形象
• 通过进行用户运营/活动运营等提升用户数量,提升订单量
• 收集/建立并运营相关市场推广渠道,进行市场活动策划、推广、执行和复盘
• 收集分析运营信息数据,参与制定市场推广策略
【任职要求】
• 有市场运营相关经验者优先,具有良好的市场及消费者洞察力
• 性格积极外向,具备良好的沟通协调、逻辑思维、总结归纳能力、执行力和学习能力
• 思维活跃,勇于尝试,充满激情,具有一定的创新能力。
