Job description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Management Assistant/Branch Assistant to plan, direct, or coordinate purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and customer service. A good candidate for this role should have a Supply Chain background, can create and manage an inventory control model, and need to know product attributes.

Responsibilities:
Coordinates purchasing activities with the Sales, Warehouse and Product department to maintain inventories at planned levels.Paperwork maintenanceObtain the most affordable supplies and products for the company.Track inventory and place ordersFollow up with policies, procedures and product control systemsKeeping an inventory of products and supplies on hand and replenishing these items.Oversee the flow of products to help to determine inventory levels and needs.Build relationships with various vendors in order to receive competitive pricing and quality products.Negotiate contracts and pricing, review bids and establish payment terms.Other purchasing works assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:
Major in Supply Chain (Preferred)Supply chain background: 3 years (Preferred)Product management: 3 years (Preferred)Purchasing experienced: 3 years (Preferred)Inventory control experience (Forecast, multi location transfer and find the best resources)Have strong self-study ability to learn our ERP system, to do inventory forecastsPrevious team leadership experience, direct supervisory experience strongly preferred including talent development and resource planningPositive motivation, carefully fulfill his own dutiesHave above-average math and research skills and be able to work independently, with little or no supervisionAble to managing inventory, utilizing purchasing systems, applying pricing strategies and preparing bid specificationsUnderstand basic accounting principles and financial analysis skillProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
