ORD-Customer Service Executive(客服主管)

To be qualified for this position, you must / be able to
1. Have a good flight control to ensure high load factor for each flight and implement revenue control policy to maximize flight revenue
2. Establish working schedule for team members;
3. Accountable for employee's performance management, attendance tracking, training documentation, and coordinating over time, evaluate performance and recommend areas of improvements as appropriate.
4. Allocate tasks to your team members to ensure efficiency;
5. Compile all special handling requirements, set up related handling procedure and have your team briefed;
6. Handle any cases that cannot be handled by your team members and escalated;
7. Communicate special handling requirement with operation team;
8. Prepare proposal of capacity allocation to supervisor;
9. Keep good relationship with all clients;
10. Complete other duties upon request.
