I have two rooms available in a three-bedroom town home in the Lake Bluff area. Each room is $690/month plus utilities. Available September 1, will prorate August rent if you'd like to move-in earlier.
The Home:
- 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom
- 2-story building
- dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer all in unit
- common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area) are mostly furnished- feel free to contribute anything you like
- located in a friendly and safe neighborhood near Abbott, I-94, and Metra
Bedrooms:
- both are unfurnished, they are very close in size
- fits a full-size mattress with room for small desk or nightstand
- closets and lots of storage- these bedrooms share a bathroom
- Room 1: faces front of home, dimensions approx 10'x11'
- Room 2: faces back of home, dimensions approx 10'x10'
Roommates:
- Me: late-twenties female, I recently relocated to the area and am working on getting a PhD. I am clean, quiet, and considerate. I enjoy cooking, baking, and playing with my dog. She is a very sweet, hypoallergenic, house-trained, and mellow. I tend to keep to myself and enjoy a relaxing home environment but am friendly and looking forward to exploring a new city on the weekends.
- You: I'm looking for roommates who are considerate and willing to contribute to taking care of the shared areas in the home. Females only please.
Move-in Requirements:
- 1 month security deposit and first month's rent
- Free credit check
- New roommates will not be signed on the lease but will sign/notarize a sublease agreement
