- Welcome and support H-1 or OPT student
- Assist with daily site operations, keeping open communication with the Property Manager, Residents, Board and Service Maintenance staff regarding issue
- Maintain property information, invoices, posts rents, make deposits and ledgers in our property management software and filing
- Coordinating with contractors
- Handle leases, tenant move in/out, rent collection, and property inspection
- Be responsible for timely reports
- Strong computer, accounting and communication (verbal and written) skill
- Excellent customer service skill
- Excellent attention in detail
- Bilingual Chinese and English preferred
- Marketing and social media skills preferred
