Responsibilities:
· Develop and expand new e-commerce streams such as Amazon, eBay, etc.
· List, update, and maintain product listings on various websites. Obtain a deep understanding of the provide market to create action plans for achieving sales goals.
· Provide duly response to ensure customers have a positive online user experience.
· Create and distribute reporting from e-commerce platforms; analyze data, develop reporting dashboards and provide insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative work style.
· Intermediate or advanced Excel skill. Familiar with SQL is a plus.
· Proven ability to solve complex and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach.
